Prices and Flavours

My cakes are baked using the best affordable quality ingredients that I can get.

Callebaut Chocolate for all my chocolate ganache and chocolate work.

Sicilian lemon curd in my yummy zesty lemon cake, where possible free range eggs or barn eggs from hens that are allowed to roam free.

I can cater for Gluten free  and substitute normal flour with Gluten free flour, and all my other ingredients are gluten free too.

My awareness of allergies in food had led to training for me to gain a certificate in allergen awareness.

Although every effort is made to minimise cross contamination, this cannot be guaranteed so this may not be suitable for high risk allergy sufferers.

Flavours: All can be made Vegan and Gluten Free.

Classic Vanilla:

layers of vanilla sponge cake with seedless raspberry or strawberry jam and silky soft vanilla buttercream.

Chocolate:

A superb moist chocolate sponge, layered with seedless raspberry jam, chocolate butter cream or  Belgian chocolate ganache.

Luscious lemon:

Lemon infused baked sponge filled with Sicilian lemon curd and vanilla buttercream.

Red Velvet:

A rich red coloured sponge made with buttermilk, with a filling of raspberry jam and a white chocolate and vanilla buttercream.

Raspberry & White Chocolate:

Vanilla and fresh raspberry sponge with a white chocolate and vanilla buttercream filling.

Lotus Biscoff:

Lotus Biscoff sponge with a Biscoff buttercream and silky caramel filling.

Salted Caramel:

Salted caramel sponge, milk chocolate ganache and caramel buttercream.

Chocolate and Baileys:

Chocolate sponge infused with Baileys Liqueur filled with a Baileys buttercream.

Strawberry and Pistachio:

Pistachio baked sponge with a strawberry jam and strawberry buttercream filling.(NUTS PRESENT)

Cherry Bakewell:

Almond sponge with a Blackcherry compote and almond buttercream filling.(NUTS PRESENT)

Carrot cake:

Cinnamon spiced carrot cake baked with Pecans or Walnuts with a Valencian Orange buttercream filling. (NUTS PRESENT) 

Traditional Fruit cake (fruits steeped in Brandy for 24hrs) 5weeks notice required. (NUTS PRESENT)

covered in Marzipan and icing,Royal icing can be done but will incur an extra charge.

The prices below are a rough guide as each cake I make is different, some have a lot of decoration on and others are minimal.
