A few things

My Story

I have been baking and icing celebration cakes for over 30 years.

Initially I trained as a chef gaining my professional City&Guilds qualifications in all areas of catering then specialising in Patisserie and pastry, working in establishments in London.

I furthered my knowledge by going to evening classes and obtaining my qualifications in sugar craft and sugar flowers.

After 15 years in catering I then went into the retail sector and worked for Tesco for nearly 20 years, continued with my love of cake making on and off in my spare time.

Then after an epiphany moment decided to leave all of that and start my business full time!

And here I am! 👩🏼‍🍳

I am a keen foodie, love eating and trying new things and new places.

I work by myself, from my home in Benfleet in Essex.


Usually I can whip up a cake with a weeks notice, but I do have other orders so will work and always put those first.

To secure a date book as early as you possibly can, as I hate to let people down.
