I've been on an exciting journey of baking and icing celebration cakes for over 30 years! 🎉

My adventure began with professional training as a chef, where I earned my City & Guilds qualifications in all areas of catering, eventually specializing in Patisserie and pastry in the vibrant kitchens of London.

I couldn't resist diving deeper, so I took evening classes to master sugar craft and sugar flowers! After 15 years in catering, I spent nearly 20 years in retail, all while nurturing my passion for cake making in my spare time. Then, I had a lightbulb moment and decided to turn my dream into reality by starting my own business full-time! Here I am, a passionate foodie, creating delicious cakes from my cozy home in Benfleet, Essex. 🎂 Just a heads up: I usually need a week's notice to whip up a cake, but I prioritize my existing orders, so booking early is key to securing your special date.
